Shishito Pepper Seeds from Aquager Technologies deliver mild, occasionally spicy peppers popular for pan-frying and grilling in about 80 days. Comes with 30 seeds and 12 compostable grow mats, enough to seed 12 cups of your Aquager Home Farm.

• Mild with occasional heat: Roughly 1 in 10 peppers delivers a surprise burst of spice, a signature of the variety.
• Rich in dietary fiber: Aids digestion and supports gut health.
• Contains vitamins C and B6: Supports immune response and nervous system function.

How to grow it: Fill a grow cup with clay pebbles, set a grow mat on top, and use the pipette from your pH kit to soak the mat until it's fully expanded. Scatter the seeds onto the damp mat, cover the cup, and check daily. Shishito typically sprouts in 7-14 days; once you see seedlings, remove the cover and let them grow. They root and grow right where they started, no nursery, no transplanting. Keep newly seeded cups clear of taller, established neighbors so the new seedlings get enough direct light early on.
